Shared services equate to shared savings

As Westchester County Executive Andrew Spano announced in his State of the County address this year, the county has launched a Shared Services Initiative. This initiative is intended to help local governments, school districts and fire districts realize savings through the power of shared services and cooperative purchasing agreements.

As the county creates new opportunities for savings, we plan on sharing them with you.
