Westchester County has been running public auctions for vehicles and heavy equipment for more than 25 years.

The county sells vehicles that are not economically feasible for the county to repair. These auctions draw owners of body repair shops, taxi cab companies, wrecking companies and private citizens who find it worth their while to fix and restore these vehicles or to use them for their parts or metal content.

All equipment and vehicles are sold "where is, as is." And, the county reserves the right to add or remove vehicles and/or equipment from the auction list.
