The Westchester County Bureau of Purchase and Supplies is responsible for the purchase of materials and supplies for all County departments, with the objective of obtaining the best quality products at the most competitive pricing.

We are responsible for initiating and maintaining effective and professional relationships with vendors and the various County Departments, serving as the exclusive channel through which all requests for County commodity purchases and price quotations are handled. All suppliers are encouraged to register with the Empire State Purchasing Group in order to have access to our electronic requests for quotes.
